Hi , I am curious to know if there is some solution to shatika pain in the leg . What is the reason and solution . Or you have to live with this avoiding cross leg sitting or other postures causing symptoms or pain. Also how can we handle high BP without medication thru yoga . When we talk about mudras what you do after making a mudra meditate in that pose or do breathing exercises or what exactly helps ......... Sorry lot of questions in one shot !!
